Roald Dahl Day – 13th September 2017
Roald Dahl day will be on Wednesday 13th September 2017. This year we have planned a number of events throughout the day to celebrate this.
These are:
- Everyone, pupils and staff, should dress as a Roald Dahl character for the day.
- P4-7 pupils will watch an Authors Live event in the GP room. They will listen to Pamela Butchart read and answer questions.
- There will be a costume parade in the afternoon so pupils can see all of the different costumes across the school. This will be in the playground at 2:50pm so parents/carers can attend.
- Pupils will take part in paired reading across the school and will complete a Roald Dahl Quiz.
