Local Phased Delivery Plan
On 21st May 2020 the First Minister made a statement in Parliament which detailed a Route Map for moving
Scotland out of lockdown.
This included information on the approach to reopening schools on a phased basis. The Framework and associated guidance documents trigger a need for Local Authorities to start considering
the local arrangements required to implement Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the Route Map to support a safe, phased
reopening of schools.
