The Council has a free crisis support line for those hardest hit, who are unable to find a link to support on our dedicated Coronavirus (Covid-19) page or through existing networks.

The number 0800 0304 713 and is available 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

From 8am to 8pm you can contact us for welfare advice and emotional support, including what to do if you are struggling to get food or pay bills.

This is not a medical helpline, if you require medical assistance you should contact NHS 24 on 111.
