Hello,

Welcome back! I hope you all had a lovely holiday and are ready for an exciting Term 3. Miss Macrae, sadly, left us last week for pastures new. We are hoping to secure a permanent teacher very soon and will let you know as soon as we can who this will be.

Until then, Miss McCartney will teach the class on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Mrs Mutch will teach the class on Thursday and Friday. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries or concerns at any time.

Miss Smith ( student teacher) has returned this term and is with us for the next 2 weeks.

HOMEWORK 

The pupils will have spelling homework each week. This is given out on a Monday and should be returned by Friday. They will also have Education City homework and this should be done online using their login. If you do not have internet access we will ensure pupils can use this at school.

The pupils will be learning to use Google Classroom this term and this will be used for Homework. A letter will be sent home explaining this in more detail soon.

BURNS POEM 

All pupils have to learn ONE of the poems which they took home yesterday by Monday 29th January. They will present this to the class and two pupils will be picked to represent the class at the Burns assembly.
