Parent Council AGM

Dear Parent / Carer

 I would like to invite all Broomhill Shool Parents / Carers to the Parent Council AGM on Tuesday 14th November 6.30pm – 7.45pm.  Please find the agenda attached for this meeting.

 The Parent Council is looking to recruit Ordinary Members to it’s committee.  In order to function we require 5 more members who will attend meetings where possible and vote on any decisions  such as spending of money that is raised through fundraising.  There are no other duties linked to these roles.  If you are interested in being involved please email pcbroomhill@aberdeen.npfs.org.uk.

 If you are unable to attend the meeting but have something you would like considered for next years focus then please email them to me by Monday 13th November.
