Maths Week Scotland

Next week we will be participating in Maths Week Scotland. Each class will be doing a range of maths and numeracy activities. As part of this, we would like to invite parents/carers in to school to talk to their child’s class about how you use numeracy and mathematics in your everyday life or work. Through this, we will be encouraging children to see the links between numeracy and mathematics and the world of work.

If you would be willing to speak to your child’s class, please reply via email to broomhill@aberdeencity.gov.uk

Please also indicate your availability. If you would be willing to speak to other classes, please also indicate this. Class teachers will be in touch to arrange a time that suits.
